Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7.
Remove from packaging.
Wrap fillets loosely in foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 36-38 minutes.
Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM!
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
– 16 hr.
Based on 2 fillets.
Remove from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 16 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook Time
15 min. – 16 min.
Based on 2 fillets.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium to low heat.
Add to the pan and fry skin side down for 10 minutes.
Turn the fillets and fry flesh side down for a further 5 minutes.
Cook for a further 1 minute on the sides if necessary.
