Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use on day of defrost.
Poach Defrost
Cook Time
– 2 min.
Bring 500ml of water or milk to boil in a large saucepan.
Add fish to the pan, stir, reduce heat to simmer, cook for 2 minutes.
Drain and continue with chosen recipe.
