How to cook
Oven cook From Frozen
Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7. Wrap loosely in foil. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes.
Microwave From Frozen
Based on 1 fillet: Remove outer packaging, pierce pouch several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (Cat E 800W) for 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Cooking Instructions
The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Cooking time may vary slightly due to size and thickness of portion.
Remove all packaging, defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted. For best results pan fry from defrost.
Take care when opening this product as there may be a build up of steam!
Shallow Fry From Defrost
Preheat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
